  • Watching television-Netflix

  • Exercising with online videos, in home gyms, doing yoga

  • Going for walks outside as can happen

  • Listening to the return of the birds

  • Playing with children

  • Doing online schooling

  • Being creative! Sewing, cross-stitching, making healing bracelets, knitting, baking, paper craft, drawing, 

  • Family dance parties

  • Eating healthier and cooking at home (and sometimes from scratch)

  • Conversations about things that matter. 

  • Seeing children write notes and stick them in their windows for their friends

  • Letting go of busy schedules

  • Meditation daily

  • Teaching online

  • Having group chats with family on Facebook, Zoom

  • Sweet moments with my kids! 

  • Walking the dog while social distancing

  • Doing an online photo scavenger hunt

  • Putting order to a Magic Cards collection

  • Taking time to appreciate what I have

  • Video Gaming with friends online

  • Journalling

  • Paying attention to changes in nature

  • Enjoying my children’s company

  • Cleaning up and doing extensive renovations!

  • Hiking and finding new places to explore (away from the crowds)
